We believe it is the responsibility of every company to make strides toward creating less waste, and to improve their processes. This new product launch is the first step in the revolution - an ongoing effort to improve our products and our processes. We may even share some of our findings with interested parties in an effort to reduce the footprint of our entire industry. We were not satisfied with the status quo in our industry, so we have challenged our vendors and design teams to look beyond what currently exists, and to create new products incorporating these materials that do not sacrifice quality, fit, comfort or style. These products will stay true to Reef's core identity as a premier surf brand and will set out to prove that you do not have to be a hippie to be part of the revolution. |

Ben Bourgeois Reef is proud to introduce our Reef Redemption Team Ambassadors. Rob Machado, Jeremy Sherwin and Ben Bourgeois are on-board with the program and doing their part to raise awareness for Reef Redemption and the efforts supported by our partners. Whether it is going on a photo trip, to a WCT event or a WQS six star, each of these surfers spends the majority of their lives traveling to exotic locations. Few others have the opportunity to visit and surf in the locales that these athletes do. We have asked them to help us spread the Reef Redemption message and to inform us of future opportunities for Reef Redemption involvement. It is a privilege to have great athletes committed to Reef Redemption on a personal level and we are stoked to work with them as we further develop the program. | SurfAid International Reef contributes 1% of the sales of this product series to non-profit foundations in support of environmental and humanitarian efforts around the world. We feel that, as surfers and business people creating products relative to the surfing lifestyle, we have a distinct responsibility to act as stewards of the environment and the surrounding communities.
